Licensing & Terms of Usage of all Professional Themes purchased from Creative Themes Design

1. Limited usage granted

Your purchase grants you the rights to use the themes on as many concurrent sites. You are not allowed to use Themes & Templates from Creative Designs on websites that promote pornography, hatred, religious conflicts etc.

2. Modifications to Professional Themes purchased from Creative Themes Design

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not however re-distribute or release any modifications as GPL or otherwise. Please refrain from deleting our credit text from the templates.

3. Unauthorized usage of Professional Themes purchased from Creative Themes Design

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for re-distribution or re-sale of any kind without prior written consent from us. Please contact us if you want to be a reseller.

4. Updates to Professional Themes purchased from Creative Themes Design

All Professional Themes are sold as is. All templates are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we can give no guarantee that older templates will run with future versions of WP. We are however committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of WordPress.

5. Ownership of Professional Themes purchased from Creative Themes Design

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Creative Themes Design & MediaCubs. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

6. Refund Policy of Professional Themes purchased from Creative Themes Design

Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the subscription or individual theme purchase is made. In the event where you have problems downloading the Professional Theme after purchase, please write to us immediately with:

a. Theme ID / Name

b. Purchaser’s Name

c. Purchasers Email ID (as used in Paypal transaction)

d. Purchase Date

e. Paypal Transaction ID

We shall email the Professional Theme to you after verification of the purchase.

7. Support for Professional Themes purchased from Creative Themes Design

We offers these templates and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and plugins. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of WordPress itself.

However, in the interest of our customers we have always extended our technical support to installations & minor tweaks.

8. Price Changes to Professional Themes purchased from Creative Themes Design

We reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any Professional Theme  (or any part thereof) with or without notice. All information on prices will be updated on the website.

9. Warranty of Professional Themes purchased from Creative Themes Design

We do not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server.

Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that our templates will work with all browser combinations.

However, in the interest of our customers we have always extended our technical support to installations & minor tweaks.
