Creative WordPress Customization Services Process

Step 1: Decide on the type of service you need. If you are not sure, or you need hep to decide, click here to contact us now. Since the creative customization service rates quoted here are the base prices, you may want to check with us for the approximate price quote.

While requesting a quote, please provide the following information in your email:

• you contact details (Name, Email Address & Phone number)
• the Creative WordPress Theme you are using
• a brief of your business & how you want to use this theme
• a list of what you expect us to do for you as part of this service

The more detailed you are, the more accurately we would be able to quote for our services.

Step 2: Buy the service by responding to the quote. We only accept Paypal now. If we have provided you a quote, please pay through Paypal (our PayPal ID is ranjaymitra@hotmail.com).

If you need the basic services, you could pay the appropriate customization service charges as below:

• WordPress Themes Installation Fees Begin at USD 80
• Basic WordPress Themes Customization Fees Begin at USD 135
• Pro WordPress Themes Customization Fees Begin at USD 240

Note: You may need to wait for at least 24 hours for the payment to clear.

Step 3: Send an email at ranjaymitra@hotmail.com with the following details.

• Your contact details (Name, Email & Phone number)
• Paypal transaction ID for the service
• Name of the Creative WordPress Theme you purchased
• Your website URL where you want this theme to be installed
• A brief of your business for us to give you the best recommendations
• A list of customizations you are looking for

Step 4: We will respond to your email within 24 hours with further requests. If you are in the US, PR or Canada, we would call you within the next 24 hours to discuss the service details.

Access & Privileges: We usually ask that you provide access to your WordPress installation by creating a user ID for us with the rights & privileges of an Administrator. You need to email us the user ID, password & the Log in URL to your WordPress theme.

As a safety measure, you must delete this ID once we are done with the services. We will not be responsible for any misuse of these privileges once ur services are completed.
